This pencil sharpener is equipped with a pin placed under the lid and intended to remove from the blade the particles which interfere with a good sharpening of the pencil.

We recommend sharpening your pencils before each use to avoid pencil pollution and cleaning the sharpener between each sharpening to eliminate waste.
